· Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation of visually compelling and engaging digital content for Alghad TV.
- Develop innovative digital campaigns aligned with the channel's brand and editorial strategy
- Manage a team of designers and video editors with digital content creators.
- Ensure consistency in visual style and messaging across all Alghad TV digital platforms.
- Stay updated on digital trends and best practices in news storytelling.
- Oversee the development of creative concepts for Alghad TV digital platforms (website, mobile app, social media).
- Collaborate with editorial teams to translate news stories into engaging visual formats.
- Produce high-quality graphics, videos, and animations for various digital channels.
- Manage digital design projects from concept to completion.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in digital creative leadership, preferably in a news entratinment environment and Media Channels.
- Strong understanding of digital design principles and emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
