• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with the Design Team and key stakeholders.
• Planning, directing and overseeing the progress of the designated projects.
• Prepare, monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.
• Identify & address project issues promptly, collaborating with the engineering team to find effective solutions Mitigate risks & proactively manage changes to avoid delays
• Support project managers in monitoring and controlling projects budgets and margins, and ensure revenue protection, and implement projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.
• Assist in business development initiatives and preparing estimates for Request For Proposals.
• Attend projects meetings, preparing MOMs and relevant project documents.
• Develop process improvements to ensure high-quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure that all project activities from design to deployment are performed within the allocated schedules.
