Job Description:

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic vendor acquisition to help us expand our vendor base.

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to execute and apply effectively the company acquisition strategy. The goal is to acquire, build sustainable and strong business relationship with vendors.

  • Doing research and identify the target segment of fashion and beauty vendors aligned with the company strategy.
  • Generate leads on a daily basis through cold calling calls and knocking doors.
  • Contact, follow up and Conduct meetings with the leads to close the deal as fast as you can and get them onboard to achieve the monthly set targets.
  • Discuss the contract clauses with the vendor and negotiate the commission, prices and services fees.
  • Liaise between vendor and cross- functional internal teams to ensure the timely successful on-boarding process flow for the new acquired vendor within a stipulated time frame.
  • Train the vendors how to use the platform to make sure he is aware of our system.
  • Cooperate with catalogue team to listing the items of the vendors to be sellable on rvver.com
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to acquire the most desired vendors and fashion items in the market.
  • Preparing the required weekly and monthly reports.

Main Monthly KPIs (Non exhaustive list):

  • Number of new generated leads & contacted vendors.
  • Number of successful deals per month (Live Vendors).
  • Number of created SKUs by the vendor (Live SKUs).
  • Weekly reports & core competences.

Job Requirements

Qualification & Skills required for this position:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
  • From 1 to 5 years of experience in the same position (preferably in Fashion & startup).
  • Experience in e-commerce company.
  • Very good command English.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Communication Skills.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Flexibility. 
  • Time management skills.
  • Problem solving skills.
