Job Description
- Coordinate the whole HR project starting from the project plan until the end deliverable to ensure meeting clients’ requirements.
- Review the HR Policies and Procedures of ENGAGE clients to ensure compliance with labor law.
- Interview jobholders and managers to get information about jobs to complete job descriptions by agreed deadlines.
- Conduct employee engagement surveys to identify areas of employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction and provide clients with suitable solutions.
- Assist managers with setting performance objectives, key performance indicators and giving feedback to staff to ensure alignment of staff performance with the organization’s objectives.
- Participate in assessment centers and evaluate employees to provide the client with insights about succession planning.
- Design grading systems and benefit schemes for clients to maintain their competitiveness in the market and decrease turnover rates.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- 6 - 8 Years of experience.
- Very good English.
- Problem-solving & analytical mindset.
- Interest in starting your HR Consultancy career.
