Job Description
1- Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
2- Efficiently handle check-ins and check-outs.
3- Manage the hotel's online reputation, analyze, and make decisions in favor of it to improve it.
4- Act as a liaison between guests and various hotel departments, addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
5- Proactively identify and resolve guest concerns, ensuring a swift and positive resolution to maintain high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
1- University Degree.
2- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
3- Excellent Computer Skills.
4- Very Good in English Language (additional languages will be a plus)
