Job Description
- Handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries from prospective buyers on a daily basis.
- Negotiate offers with vendors and prospective applicants.
- Communicate with solicitors to ensure a timely completion of negotiations.
- Advising vendors on ways of increasing their property’s value.
- Meeting and exceeding set monthly targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Prepare and manage periodic sales reports and forecasts.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.
Job Requirements
