Job Description

  • Handling face-to-face and telephone enquiries from prospective buyers on a daily basis.
  • Negotiate offers with vendors and prospective applicants.
  • Communicate with solicitors to ensure a timely completion of negotiations.
  • Advising vendors on ways of increasing their property’s value.
  • Meeting and exceeding set monthly targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Prepare and manage periodic sales reports and forecasts.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
  •  Prepare and present sales proposals to potential customers.

Job Requirements

  • Communication and team leadership .
  • Experience in development real estate.
  • Strong team management abilities .
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven Leadership in real state projects.
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Giza, Egypt.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, or related filed.
