Perform clash detection and resolve all clashes.
Complete assigned work on time and instruction from the project lead
Prepare project deliverables with attention to detail
Assist Project Managers with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunitiesHave a Very good background in MEP design (HVAC, Firefighting, and Plumbing Systems).

.Minimum of 5+ years utilizing Autodesk Revit Architecture and Revit MEP, Navisworks, and AutoCAD
Excellent understanding of BIM procedures, strategies, and workflow.
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD family is a must.
Create BIM System Families & Templates
Create & Develop Dynamo Code to accelerate Jobs
Have Excellent Experience in The Production of Shop-drawings.
On-site construction experience would be desirable
Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.
Strong written, verbal communication in English is essential.
Proven experience in priority setting, multitasking, and working with minimal direct supervision.
Has experience in the same position for at least 2 years.
Has good experience in different types of projects such as mechanical facilities, hotels, office buildings, shopping malls, etc.
Experience in large scale and complex projects is desirable.
Deadline-Oriented, Self-Motivated, Design Skills.
