Job Description
Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
- Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
- Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
- Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about consumer behavior.
- Keeping accurate records of inventory and account notes.
- Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
- Resolving complaints and improving processes to prevent additional issues.
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure correct products and services are matched with customer needs and delivered on time.
- Holding meetings and brainstorming sessions with teams to develop account strategies.
- Briefing internal teams on client requirements and following up on deliverables.
- Attending photoshoots at client locations to oversee advertisements and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Understanding clients’ brand and products.
- Conducting ongoing market analysis and competitor assessments.
- Producing weekly, monthly, and quarterly status reports.
- Developing timetables and setting deadlines for clients and internal teams.
Job Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in Marketing.
- Experience in the Food and Beverage (F&B) industry and a background in marketing agencies is a must.
- A passion for food is essential.
- Ability to mentor and lead, encouraging to team members.
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Goal-oriented, organized, and a team player.
- In-depth understanding of key clients and their position in the industry.
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories.
- Strong analytical skills, able to translate data and sales statistics into better solutions.
