We're currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Tele-Sales Specialist to join our team at NextGen co.
- Achieving sales target.
- Generate, Cold Calling and follow up with new leads to create sales' opportunities.
- Answer customers' questions on our services.
- Keep our CRM updated with customer database.
- Offering Promotions and Discounts.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Job Requirements
- Graduates ONLY may apply.
- 1+ years of experience in tele sales field.
- Good English language
- Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role
- Excellent communication skills.
