Job Description
We are looking for energetic and fluent English speakers to join our Telesales team, promoting U.S. insurance services to potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to U.S. prospects regarding insurance services
- Follow up on leads and handle customer inquiries effectively
- Educate clients on policy options and benefits
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions
- Work closely with team members and supervisors to improve performance
Job Requirements
- Fluent English – C1 level is a must
- Previous telesales or call center experience is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to work night shifts (U.S. working hours)
