Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
- Supervise, mentor, and train QA team members to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Assign tasks, set performance goals, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of quality tests, inspections, and audits.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and improvement opportunities.
- Address customer complaints related to quality and ensure timely resolution.
- Work with suppliers to ensure raw materials and components meet quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in implementing QA systems and managing audits.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
