Job Description
- Undertake the installation and commissioning process in the clients’ site.
- Provide on-site technical support.
- Provide technical assistance to the maintenance team.
- Lead the installation team and present a timed schedule for the project.
- Work on-site according to the clients’ shift.
- Provide clients with on-site training on the doors.
- Identifies, analyzes and repairs failures and orders replacement parts as required
- Troubleshoot Doors Problems and Repair them on Site.
- Prepare all correspondence and documents related to the project as required.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Job Requirements
- A broad amount of technical knowledge of industrial doors and/or industrial products.
- The ability to meet customers and manage key accounts.
- Flexibility to travel across Egypt.
- Demonstrable experience in managing teams.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Provide technical support for both team and client.
- Providing additional support a to ensure a balanced and controlled workflow.
- Attend necessary site meetings to confirm specifications with current guidelines.
- Excellent command of MS office
- Very good command of English language
- Can work under pressure
- Active, Observer and attentive to details
- Driving license is a must
