Job Description
- Draft and review contracts of all types.
- Prepare legal pleadings, defense memoranda, appellate briefs, cassation appeals, and petitions for reconsideration.
- Study cases and disputes and provide legal opinions and recommendations.
- Analyze judicial rulings and identify legal loopholes.
- Experience in company formation and establishment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Extensive knowledge of Saudi law and relevant international laws.
- 10 years of experience in the field of law and legal consultancy (commercial, civil, labor, and criminal litigation).
