Job Description
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Provide legal advice and support to departments across the organization.
- Handle corporate governance matters, including board resolutions and legal filings.
- Coordinate with external legal advisors when necessary.
- Manage legal documentation, records, and contract databases.
- Support in dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration processes.
- Assist in risk management by identifying legal risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on necessary actions.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree is a plus.
