Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to protect the company’s interests.
Monitor compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Provide legal advice and support to different departments on various business matters.
Manage and coordinate with external legal counsel when necessary.
Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation processes.
Conduct legal research and stay updated with changes in legislation affecting the company.
Assist in preparing reports and legal documents required for regulatory authorities.
Support the company in risk management and legal due diligence processes.
Maintain records of legal documents and correspondence.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Law
Proven experience in a legal role, preferably within a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of local laws and regulations.
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
