Job Description

Job Purpose:

We are looking for a Secretary Specialist to join our team and monitor all Secretarial functions. As a secretary, you will assume the duty of clerical and administrative support in order to optimize workflow procedures at the office.

Duties:

  • Reports directly to Admin Manager
  • Handles various organizational tasks
  • Answer phone calls
  • Writing up documents and reports
  • Preparing and distributing company announcements
  • Preparing PowerPoint presentations…
  • Scheduling, organizing, or attending internal and/or external meetings
  • Provides information by answering questions and requests.

Job Requirements

Skills/Qualifications:

  • To be Arabian is a MUST.
  • 2 years minimum work experience in a related position.
  • Good command of written English.
  • Reporting skills, administrative writing skills.
  • Good use of Microsoft Office (Word – Excel – PowerPoint)
  • Office environment control.
  • Flexible working hours.
