Job Description
- Publish content on all official social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) according to the content calendar.
- Respond promptly and professionally to comments, messages, and DMs across all platforms.
- Monitor and engage with the online community to build brand presence and improve audience interaction.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to ensure content is aligned with the brand’s tone, goals, and campaigns.
- Track daily engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments, reach, etc.).
- Prepare monthly performance reports for each platform, including insights, analytics, and recommendations.
- Keep a close eye on competitor pages and industry trends to suggest improvements or new ideas.
- Flag any unusual activity or negative sentiment for immediate response or escalation.
- Support in executing campaigns, giveaways, or collaborations when needed.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and update stories, reels, or highlights as needed
Job Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in managing social media pages for a brand or organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic (English is a plus).
- Familiar with Facebook Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and Tiktok Analytics.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and respond in real-time when needed (especially during working hours).
- Up to date with the latest trends in social media and online behavior.
- Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
- Team player who can coordinate with designers, content writers, and managers.
