Job Description
- Manage and optimize the manufacturing processes for evaporator production, including cutting, bending, welding, brazing, and assembly.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency.
- Conduct process analyses to identify bottlenecks and improve productivity, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with R&D and design teams to implement new designs or product modifications into the production line.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment, materials, or processes.
- Analyze production data to improve processes and reduce material waste.
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and calibration of production equipment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
- Train and mentor production operators and technicians on best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- +3 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in evaporator or refrigeration component production.
- Knowledge of heat exchanger manufacturing processes, including copper and aluminum materials.
- Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
- Familiarity with quality assurance tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, ISO standards).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
