Job Description
- Analyzing the business performance, including the profitability, revenue, pricing and cost of construction works.
- Prepare monthly cost reports to report performance, cash flow forecast, and Forecast Final Cost.
- Managing budgets, expenses and pricing and commercial arrangements.
- Lead role in advising around pricing for commercial contracts.
- Driving efficiencies to ensure contracts remain financially viable and delivered on budget.
- Taking a lead role in solving commercial issues that may arise.
- Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
- Meet contractual conditions of performance.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
- Prepare and review interim payments and ensure they are viable before submitting to Client.
- Review Subcontracts and ensure they are viable before signing Agreement.
- Prepare and review Client Contracts before signing agreement.
- Oversee the preparation of Variation Orders and Claims.
- Prepare and review Procurement Plans and ensure that materials are delivered on time.
- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
- sub contractors – contracts negotiation to settle and sign contract with consideration of main contract.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering – Architecture.
- from 7 to 10 years of experience.
- Preferred construction Industry.
- Knowledge of ERP system.
- Fully knowledge of QS types.
