Job Description
- Process payroll
- Creating a recruitment plan.
- Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, salary slips and warning.
- Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
- Evaluating employee performance and appraising scale accordingly.
- Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations.
Job Requirements
- 3-4 years experience
- High degree of personal initiative with good planning and organizational skills; multi-tasking is essential
- Basic knowledge of laws governing labor relations and labor conflict resolution techniques
- Very good Command of English language
- Strong command of Microsoft office skills
- Results oriented
