Job Description

  • Process payroll
  • Creating a recruitment plan.
  • Generating official internal documents such as offer letters, salary slips and warning.
  • Creating employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities.
  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising scale accordingly.
  • Taking appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations.

Job Requirements

 

  • 3-4 years experience
  • High degree of personal initiative with good planning and organizational skills; multi-tasking is essential
  • Basic knowledge of laws governing labor relations and labor conflict resolution techniques
  • Very good Command of English language
  • Strong command of Microsoft office skills
  • Results oriented
