About The Role
We're now hiring an experienced outdoor Sales Representative. The ideal candidate should be able to support existing customers and achieve sales targets set by the company by going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for selling products and meeting customer needs while obtaining orders from existing or potential sales outlets.
- Makes sales calls and visits to customers/businesses regularly.
- Identify leads, manage prospects, and acquire new business.
- Effectively demonstrate product line.
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas.
- Establishes and maintains customer relationships to grow profitable sales.
- Generate profitable sales orders and meet sales targets.
- Reports competitive conditions and feedback from customers to management.
- Maintains ethical, cooperative customer relationships consistent with company image and company goals in the marketplace.
- Carry out all other related tasks delegated by management.
- Market and sell Cosmetics products, and solutions
- Professionally represent the company as the subject matter expert on the broad portfolio of products and solutions
- Achieving sales targets and maximizing sales
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in Cosmetics, Perfumes, in the Delta area is a must.
- Exceptional sales, negotiating, and closing skills.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals.
