Job Title: Medical Representative

Location: Alexandria & Surrounding Governorates (with future openings in Cairo, Delta, Upper Egypt)
Reports to: Regional Sales Manager

Role Summary

As a Medical Representative, you will be the scientific face of SFN Pharma in your territory—driving demand generation, forging strong relationships with dermatologists, pharmacists, nutritionists, beauty clinics, and key retail partners.
You will combine clinical insight with commercial acumen to position our exclusive portfolio as the go-to choice for skin, hair, and wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Area	What You’ll Do
Scientific Detailing	Deliver evidence-based product presentations, in-clinic visits, lunch-&-learn sessions, and CME events.
Sales & Target Achievement	Execute monthly call plans, achieve Rx / sell-out targets, and report KPIs through the CRM.
Market Intelligence	Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and HCP feedback; supply actionable insights to marketing & R&D teams.
Event Activation	Support conferences, beauty expos, and consumer activations; coordinate sample distribution and booth setup.
Territory Management	Maintain an up-to-date customer universe, optimize routing, and ensure 100 % coverage of priority accounts.
Compliance & Pharmacovigilance	Adhere to SFN Pharma’s Code of Ethics, maintain adverse-event logbook, and escalate within 24 h.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, Science, or related health field.
Experience: 0–3 years as Medical Rep or Product Specialist in cosmetics, dermo-cosmetics, nutraceuticals, or pharma. Fresh graduates with strong extracurricular sales exposure are welcome.
Technical: Solid understanding of skin physiology, nutritional science, and OTC regulations.
Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; data-driven mindset.
Languages: Fluent Arabic; good command of English (spoken & written).
