Job Description
Develop strategic, long-term relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet their needs and enhance satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen strong client relationships to ensure continued collaboration.
- Communicate regularly to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Mismar team.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and increase sales.
- Coordinate contract and pricing arrangements with internal teams to close deals.
- Facilitate the onboarding process and provide necessary training to new clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Previous experience in Sales or as a Sales Account Manager.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and account management.
