Job Description

Develop strategic, long-term relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring the delivery of solutions that meet their needs and enhance satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and strengthen strong client relationships to ensure continued collaboration.
  • Communicate regularly to understand client needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and the Mismar team.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase sales.
  • Coordinate contract and pricing arrangements with internal teams to close deals.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and provide necessary training to new clients.


 


 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Sales or as a Sales Account Manager.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management.
