Job Description
- Own the Sales Operations part of the Bidding Cycle, which includes, Bid Kick Off, Setting Timelines, Follow-up, Coordination with all stakeholders, Consolidation and Proofreading Arabic/English
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of bidding/proposal preparation, revision and submission
- Facilitate and drive different teams into preparing winning proposals under tight schedule constraints.
- Maintain a full up-to-date knowledge base of the Company’s profiles, References, Financial documents, Legal documents, Product profiles, Team profiles & capabilities, Proposals, RFPs, etc...
- Maintain the full archive of our Sales Literature / Library. as well as maintain and update the customer file for each client, which includes copies of contracts, proposals, letters, delivery notes, invoices etc.
- Maintain a full archive of all the Proposals, Purchase Orders, and Pre-sales Reports submitted by/to the company.
- Coordinate inputs from technical and finance departments; and coordinate internal reviews with Senior Management.
- Work closely with the Account Managers and Unit Heads to identify and evaluate proposal opportunities
- Plan engagement models/payment terms to meet the planned targets
- Support in Pricing and Negotiations with various Regional/Local Customers, Partners, Vendors, etc…
- Coordinate Communication between Finance team and Customers/Vendors/Partners Purchasing Departments
- Support in preparing presentations for customers
- Coordinate in partner lifecycle management
Job Requirements
- Self-dependent, Accountable, Committed, detail-oriented and Customer Centric with minimal supervision required
- Has a business-oriented mentality when dealing with various stakeholders
- Negotiation and people management skills
- Has a good eye with numbers and calculations
- Excellent communication, Time Management and documentation skills (Arabic / English)
- Fluency in MS Office tools and dealing with Documents / Sheets in general
- Ability to work under stress and tight deadlines
