Job Description
- Assist in recruitment processes to source candidates and update our candidate database job requirements, phone screening, update Job descriptions and job posts
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Promote HR programs and activities to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Assist in the insurance process, Communicate with public offices labor or insurance offices when necessary
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Manage and support office needs, maintenance
- Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- HR and Admin Experience 1-3 years covers most of HR functions
- B/A degree any major
- HR certificates is preferable
- Aware of Labor Law guidelines
- Excellent communication skills , presentation skills
- Initiative to propose new ideas for enhancement
- Giza residents is preferable
- Males preferred
