- Planning, organizing and directing the manufacturing and maintenance process that ensures the most effective return of raw materials.
- Prepare initiative plans and processes that reduce manufacturing costs and contribute to the company's interests.
- Effective use of workforce, equipment, facilities and materials to achieve planned returns.
- Achieve production targets and schedules while ensuring product standards that exceed customer expectations.
- To reduce costs as needed, in a way that does not harm the interests and objectives of the company.
- Supervision of equipment and devices constantly to work to raise the productive capacity of the plant, and develop advanced plans to increase production according to quality standards.
- Approval of purchase orders before being submitted by the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
- Reporting and drawing up plans in collaboration with the factory team.
- Determine the size of work and employment, identify equipment requirements and the necessary human resources, and forecast future needs.
- Adopting production plans and programs, and ensuring that the product conforms to international standards.
- Coordinate with concerned departments to secure raw materials.
- Supervising the rehabilitation of the production line and ensuring the stability of the finished product specification.
- Adopting the periodic work plan of the warehouses to determine the required quantities of raw materials.
- Confirm the inspection of raw materials received, and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Prepare reports and submit them to senior management.
- Supervise all departments in the factory, and give instructions to ensure the workflow.
- Issue all instructions and orders for the factory and inform the Chairman of the Board of the weekly reports.
- Approving the plant's needs of materials, equipment and tools before submitting them to the Chairman of the Board.
- Adopting the human resources needs of the plant and following up on them in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.
- Adopt the annual employment plan of the plant in cooperation with the Human Resources Department.
- Supervise the definition of factory workers on the modern technology used in the plant.
- Determine the storage of the product in the case of inadequate warehouses to accommodate the finished product.
- Oversee the selection and follow-up of suppliers.
- Adopting raw material testing, and adopting it after experimentation on the production line.
