Job Description:

  • Developing an understanding of the market, identifying opportunities and engaging with prospects via phone, email, and other communication
  • Following through on all commitments to customers ensuring a successful internal transition throughout the customer engagement process.
  • Executing a strategic, efficient and high touch, achieve his work via phone, email and social media platforms that meet/ exceed set targets and expectations.
  • Setting up meetings with potential customers to provide demonstrations and learn about their needs as a business.
  • Following up in a timely manner with chance to progress conversion to completion and handle objections they may have.
  • Collating and providing information and reports as required.
  • Handle customer complaints and then identify and resolve client concerns.
  • The systematic development of potential new customers to increase the chances on the market.

Job Requirements

  • Education to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business/ Marketing/ IT).
  • Sales experience within an E-Commerce
  • 5-6 years of professional experience in a sales or account management role within a relevant industry (software sales – marketing agency)
  • Strong communication skills and a proven record of accomplishment of new customer acquisition.
  • Be results oriented and have a proven record of achieving targets and objectives.
  • Experience of analyzing, collating and presenting data/ demos to support proposals to current and prospective clients.
