Developing an understanding of the market, identifying opportunities and engaging with prospects via phone, email, and other communication
Following through on all commitments to customers ensuring a successful internal transition throughout the customer engagement process.
Executing a strategic, efficient and high touch, achieve his work via phone, email and social media platforms that meet/ exceed set targets and expectations.
Setting up meetings with potential customers to provide demonstrations and learn about their needs as a business.
Following up in a timely manner with chance to progress conversion to completion and handle objections they may have.
Collating and providing information and reports as required.
Handle customer complaints and then identify and resolve client concerns.
The systematic development of potential new customers to increase the chances on the market.

Education to degree level in a relevant discipline (e.g. Business/ Marketing/ IT).
Sales experience within an E-Commerce
5-6 years of professional experience in a sales or account management role within a relevant industry (software sales – marketing agency)
Strong communication skills and a proven record of accomplishment of new customer acquisition.
Be results oriented and have a proven record of achieving targets and objectives.
Experience of analyzing, collating and presenting data/ demos to support proposals to current and prospective clients.
