Job Description
● Prepares and Follow-up on the renewal of the annual contracts
● Responsible to issue Mandate and Secondment letters to Faculty staff and make sure they are valid and renewed and do a proper follow-up till receiving the needed document .
● Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and others to send warnings or send them containing remaining balances
● Keeps record and follow up on attendance of all employees.
● Archives necessary employee file documentation keeps them up-to-date ( physical and digital archiving)
● Handles employees’ files preparation and check the receiving of required hiring documents
● Handle & help in any issue related to all official governmental requirements, social insurances, taxes, medical insurance etc.…
● Track the social insurance ensuring that new employees are registered in with form 1 and resigned or terminated employees are removed from with form 6
● Follow up with the medical care company (Additions, Deletions, claims and correspondences)
● Makes sure that all newly hired employees are aware of NU rules and regulations.
● Keeps Employees and registration database up-to-date.
● Answers employees inquires and help in providing the proper guidance.
● Any other tasks assigned by the HR Manager
Job Requirements
ducation, Professional Knowledge & Experience
● BSc/BA in human resources, business administration or relevant field
● Minimum 2 years of experience In higher education sector is a must .
● HR certificate or any other HR related courses is a plus●
Behavioral and Leadership Profile
● Good understating of employment legislation and regulations
● Excellent knowladge of labour law social insurance regulations
● Knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
● Knowledge of data analysis and reporting
● Provide the necessary orientation and training for the new staff members of eth team
● Attention to details
● Good team player
● Solid problem-solving abilities
● Familiar with HRIS systems
Language Skills:
Excellent command of English & Arabic
Computer Skills:
● Proficient Microsoft Office knowledge and skills
