Job Description
- Provide help-desk support and resolve problems to the end user’s satisfaction.
- Install and configuration computer OS, software, networks, printers and scanners.
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving technical software, hardware and network cabling issues related to computer, telephone, DVR or Camera system
- Install, modify and repair computer hardware, replacing parts as required.
- Managing printers and follow up printer problems with printer service company.
- Conducting electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
- Install phone lines and network.
- Solve all problems related to the network cabling and connectivity.
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person.
- Research for solutions using available information resources, advise user on appropriate action.
- Follow up internet connection problems with ISP and network team.
- Follow up email problems with mail service provider.
- Ensure anti-virus software is installed properly configured, and regularly updated.
Job Requirements
- B.Sc in Information Technology or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft office 2016.
- Basic knowledge of networking LAN and Ethernet Cabling.
- Basic knowledge of DVR, camera and telephone Cabling.
- Technical and analytical skills
