• Investigates and resolves customer complaints regarding sales to ensure that the expected service levels are achieved and maintained.
• Meets with customers to discuss new deals.
• Follows up on the loading, shipping and delivery of company products to customers.
• Keeps records of and follows up on check, cash and credit collections.
• To identify slow moving accounts noting any key debts on the credit control system so that delinquent debts are escalated for case management.
