Job Description
- Managing and coordinating schedules, filing, document and communicating relevant information.
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
- Keeping a database of existing and prospective clients.
- Organizing sales meetings between individual customers and Sales account manager.
- Following up with the different customers throughout the sale process until the closure of the deals.
- Responding to the clients' needs and handling their inquiries.
- Designing periodical Sales reports as required.
Job Requirements
- Excellent computer skills "MS Office".
- Fluent English.
- Experience 3+ years
- Bachelor degree.
- Presentable.
- V.Good communication skills.
- Must have sales experience preferably in selling technology products/services
