the forefront of international trade .. As we continue to expand our operations, we are
seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to enhance our customer service
and logistics operations in Egypt.
Job Description:
The Customer Support Representative will be an essential part of our team, providing top-
notch customer service and logistical support. This role requires an individual who can
handle a wide range of customer inquiries with efficiency and professionalism. The
successful candidate will be directly involved in the day-to-day interactions with
customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty by resolving issues and providing
detailed information about our products and services.
 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  •  Customer Inquiry Handling: Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries
    through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. Manage questions related
    to product details, order status, shipping information, and company policies.
  •  Vendor and Logistics Coordination: Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and
    transport companies to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Monitor logistical
    processes to prevent and solve any issues that arise.
  •  Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer issues swiftly and satisfactorily,
    ensuring alignment with company policies and maintaining a high level of customer
    satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  •  Proven experience in customer support, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
  •  Strong understanding of logistical processes and systems, experience with Odoo is highly
    beneficial.
  •  Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  •  Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Fluent in both English and Arabic to cater to our diverse client base.
