Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our logistics and freight forwarding services.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients.
Prepare and deliver tailored sales presentations and proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Attend industry events and trade shows.
Maintain sales records and update CRM system.
Support digital marketing activities (email & social media).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales (experience in logistics is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
