Job Description

Responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Reports marketing and sales results to Senior Executives and should have previous experience working with the Saudi Market.

  • Form part of the company steering committee that will set the strategy and KPIs for the online proposition
  • Cultivate an innovative and brand-stylish website & Mobile Apps that will drive new traffic and deliver a seamless online experience that will turn visitors into customers, whilst maximizing profitability of our online business
  • Oversee all website & Mobile Apps content and creative direction, ensuring the content is measured and optimized
  • Plan and manage our social media platforms.
  • Define the email marketing strategy for performance-based emails responsible for driving online sales
  • Oversee the performance strategy across; SEM, SEO, Social, Email and Display
  • Drive a segmented CRM approach which feeds on customer data and insights
  • Lead a team and manage budget across digital marketing
  • Develop, drive and execute an innovative and ambitious eCommerce plans focused on targeted markets
  • Work closely with the Sales/Commercial Team to ensure strategic alignment with your eCommerce strategy, marketing plans, promotions and campaigns to promote a cohesive brand story
  • Ensure the effective day to day running of the eCommerce website & Mobile Apps, working closely with internal developers and external tech agencies for ongoing development to ensure a seamless UI / UX for our customers
  • Maximize online conversion through developing effective customer journeys, multi device strategy and optimizing site speed
  • Utilize web analytics to gain insight into user behaviors.
  • Manage regular reporting of onsite analytics & performance for data driven decisions in order to maximize conversion and online sales

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the same sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written in English and Arabic.
  • Experience in managing/developing websites & Mobile Aps and associated digital marketing programmes for an established brand or business of size and scale
  • Client side or agency side experience with knowledge and experience in working across; UI/UX, design & build, PPC/SEO, CRM
  • Team leadership experience with proven experience in coaching and driving a digital team
  • Experience implementing and utilizing leading CRM systems.
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
  • Excellent analytical skills.
