Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your Quality Engineering expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside passionate, motivated and dedicated teammates.

Design and deploy Quality Activities per project process to support the mindset of Alstom Customer Satisfaction and the Zero Defect Program

You’ll specifically take care of delivering Turnkey project, making sure it aligns with contractual requirements and customer expectations.

We’ll look to you to:

- Manage Quality activities through out the project life cycle.

- Ensure customer approval, documents validation, and compliance of products and site processes.

- Manage NCR's of non-compliant products with good experience of Problem Solving Techniques and Quality tools.

- Support Cross function team regarding self-inspection, delegation of control (Training, audits, process inspections, and control project deliverables compliance) and follow-up on action plans based on verified evidence.

- Participate in Quality network, to improve processes, tools and methods towards operational excellence.

- Conduct regular site visits and prepare visit reports to ensure the quality of works/process.

- Defects per Unit reduction (10 % per year) and External demerit objective.

- CONQ objective

- APSYS score for Industrial scope.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (electromechanical, electrical, material, mechanical…) or equivalent.
Processes knowledge on Quality and at industrial level.
Management experience (for PIQ manager).
3-5 years experiences in Industrial or equivalent
Project management or equivalent.
International mindset & fluent in English.
Ability to work in a matrix organization.
