Job Description

Job Summary:

Handle all administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources.

The HR Manager will ensure that all human resources operations are carried on smoothly and effectively. 

The HR Manager must be an experienced professional with deep knowledge of all matters concerning HR departments, ensure that all employees’ and business needs are being met and are aligned, and ensure the corporate culture is maintained and engaging.

S/he will be responsible for leading and directing different HR functions, including Recruitment, payroll, Learning and Development.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the HR and overall business strategy.
  • Develop and maintain a human resources system, dashboard, and reporting.
  • Supervise the benefits plan for all the team members.
  • Review the Comp & ben calculations, make the needed audits and/or revision, and make the needed amendments.
  • Manage and supervise the learning and development plan, define the budget, and ensure the ROI.
  • Advise in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Recommend new policies, approaches, and procedures.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice.

Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proven working experience as HR manager for minimum 5 years, Handling at least 50 employees.
  • Females only.
  • Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices and system.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment process and systems.
  • Have worked in a BPO or call center is a big plus
  • HR certificate is a plus.
