Job Description
- Run day-to-day Tasks for Egypt Customers (FAB Misr, Bank Misr …etc).
- Handle Daily Tasks for other Countries Such as CBoJ and Areeba Iraq on Sundays and Holidays in Lebanon.
- Provide support to the IT Operations Lebanon Team by assisting with certain daily tasks related to the Journee. This involves collaborating with the team and contributing to their operational activities.
- Manage special requests and troubleshoot any issues raised by Areeba Misr Business and Operations Teams as well as banks' customers in Egypt. This responsibility requires addressing and resolving concerns effectively.
- Act as a liaison between the Egypt Team and the IT Team in Lebanon to ensure that all new requirements and raised issues are properly communicated and actioned by the relevant teams.
- Run the Start of Day (Morning) Tasks for all institutions/countries involved.
- Update the IT Operations Policies and Procedures, keeping them up-to-date and aligned with the current practices and requirements.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by direct manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Management Information System or related fields.
