Job Description

  • Building and executing sales & business development plan, aligning and identifying a strategy to drive business growth & new customers acquisition.
  • Ensuring that we have an active and engaged channel ecosystem that would be able to meet the customer requirements to digitally transform their organizations.
  • Drive business growth (revenue) through pursuits and mining existing customers for larger share of business
  • Work closely with sales executives and account teams for organic growth across Egypt.
  • Own multiple channels of opportunity identification and qualification
  • Providing insights and feedback from business partners and customers to help learning and improving in industry solutions and digital transformation offerings.
  • Connect to customers, an ecosystem of best of breed solutions in territory driving growth in customer acquisition, consumption & usage.
  • Maximize customer acquisition, revenue and sales pipelines
  • Identify business growth opportunities while being fully aware of our offerings and market/competition
  • Must identify, prospect new customers through strategic activities executed by the sales team and led by the sales & business development manager
  • Leads negotiations, coordinates complex decision-making process, and overcomes obstacles to capture new business opportunities
  • Ensure market sensing for new opportunities
  • Full responsibility in achieving sales targets expectations in terms of revenue and profitability
  • Participate and drive discussions in client requirements gathering sessions whenever needed
  • Present sales, revenue and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs for pursuing long term partnerships and upselling on new opportunities
  • Develop and utilize marketing activities to increase presence in the local market and pursue more business opportunities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or Communication as a major
  • 5+ years of IT services/software/Solutions sales or business development experience in Egypt
  • Strong existing relationship with high level client contacts and decision makers
  • Experience in Software Solutions Selling with emphasis on strong account/territory management
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding corporate objectives and quotas
  • Ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust with C-level executives
  • Highly motivated and results oriented – ability to operate & deliver with minimal supervision
  • Strong presentation, communication, organization, multitasking, time management skills
  • Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Certifications / familiarity with ITIL / ITSM / Agile / DevOps / Cloud, etc. would be a significant differentiator.
