Job Description
Oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring all milestones are met within budget and on time.
Coordinate and lead the project team, including site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and environmental requirements.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation effectively.
Provide regular reports on project status, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) or related field.
10 to 15 years of experience in construction project management.
Proven ability to manage large-scale construction projects and teams.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
In-depth knowledge of construction processes, cost control, and risk management.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP).
Experience with both commercial and residential construction projects.
Familiarity with relevant local building codes and regulations.
