Job Description
- This is a project-based contract for only 9 months
- Familiarity with asset inventory tools and IT support processes.
- Basic knowledge of server operations and troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently on-site.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years relevant experience.
- SMCDST (Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician) is preferred.
- ITIL foundation certification is a plus.
- Experience in data security systems such as Anti-virus, Anti-SPAM, Anti-Spyware and other security-related technologies.
- Information systems troubleshooting methods.
- Good knowledge of the appropriate behavior to be adopted when these risks occur.
- Strong experience in large domain / environment desktops and users support.
- Ability to work on different location
