Job Description

As an Online Sales Moderator, you will be responsible for managing the customer service inbox, responding to customer inquiries, generating sales through the internet, managing order processing, and liaising with the warehouse team to arrange deliveries. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the company's social media accounts, ensuring a timely and appropriate response to all messages and comments. This is a hybrid role located in Heliopolis with some flexibility for remote work. 

Job Requirements

  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written, in both Arabic and English.
  • Proven experience in online sales and customer service.
  • An understanding of e-commerce and online shopping trends.
  • A customer-focused mindset and dedication to providing top-notch customer experiences.
  • Expertise in social media platforms and experience managing corporate accounts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume customer inquiries and orders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage various simultaneous tasks.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
