Job Description
- Establishing and managing Delta's Sock Factory in El Minia, Egypt.
- Responsibility for all the factory activities including:-
- Planning, purchasing, production, quality, employees, budget, on-time shipments, and overall performance.
- Hiring all key positions with the HR team.
- Lead the activity with special attention to the buildup of the workforce.
- Managing multiple interfaces in an international environment.
- Liaison between HQ and other factories on site.
- Training and motivating the team.
Job Requirements
- With an Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent.
With at least 12 years of experience in industrial environments – in Socks or the textile industry will be an advantage. - At least 5 years of experience as Production Manager - preferably with close interface with planning.
Has knowledge and understanding of product technologies: fabrics, related materials (patterns, etc.), texture, sewing, and production capabilities. - With leadership skills, Quality driven, strict discipline.
- Persistent, vigorous.
- Fluent English.
