Job Description
Our company is seeking for an experienced, reliable and task-oriented Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will work directly with C-level executives and will be responsible for performing a number of administrative duties.
Job Description:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team members as required, responding to emails and providing requested information
- Serve as the primary interface between sales and other operational functions
- Create reports and high quality presentations utilizing Excel and PowerPoint
- Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements and processing expenses
- Prepare presentation materials for meetings using MS PowerPoint, MS Word, MS Excel
- Ongoing data management to support the sales team, including compiling & analysis of all forecasting data, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually for the Executive Team
- Assist with training of new sales representatives
- Assist with event and meeting planning
- Assist in the development of sales process and procedures
- Assists in the improvement to sales programs and processes including anticipation of demands, account management liaison, leads, planning and prioritize
- Ongoing definition, monitoring and management of sales team individual metrics data
- Ensure data captured in Sales force is clean and accurate
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to senior management
- Excellent command of spoken and written English language is a MUST
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Sales force experience is a plus.
