Job Description
We are looking for an outstanding Customer Order Follow-Up Employee to join our team. This person will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are processed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Receive customer orders from the sales department.
- Review customer orders to ensure completeness and accuracy.
- Communicate with customers to obtain any additional information required.
- Follow up on customer orders with relevant departments.
- Follow up with the warehouse department on deliveries and finalize procedures for customers to receive their orders.
- Resolve any issues that customers may encounter during the processing of their orders.
- Keep customers regularly informed about the status of their orders.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer orders.
- Submit periodic reports to senior management on customer status and customer receipts.
- Proficiency in English and communication with customers of different nationalities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all departments within the company.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Arabic and English, both spoken and written.
- Good computer skills preffered (AutoCad , interior design programming)
