Job Description
Main Duties:
- Being responsible for all incentive plans design, evaluation, optimization, administration & communication.
- Participate in salary surveys, conduct market competitiveness analysis, evaluate & price anchor positions, develop annual compensation planning budgets, track & forecast pay changes in dynamic labor markets of Egypt.
- Review & refine company pay programs for both retail & non-retail to ensure their competitiveness & effectiveness in supporting our talent acquisition, retention & performance management strategy.
- Establish and maintain total rewards program documentation, including plan descriptions, policies, guidelines, and processes and procedures.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years compensation plan design & implementation experience in retail/FMCG companies, or advisory role in C&B consulting firms.
- Analytical and financial modeling skills, have strong sense on quality & detail orientation.
