About the Job

Be the point of contact between the executives & PL department and manage information flow.
Follow up under operation shipments (air/ocean) with clearance team.
Report all invoiced jobs by the end of each week.
Monitor emails and distribute correspondence.
Revise pre-alert documents upon receipt and update customers with the same and vessel/flight details.
Revise all CCL invoices prior sending to the customer.
Maintain filing and full use of control system.

Job Roles: Administration Logistics/Supply Chain

Job Requirements

Relevant Bachelor degree, Maritime Transport is preferable.
Very good command in English language & business email writing.
