Job Description

  • Follow up with talent acquisition team regarding new hires to anticipate appropriate HR actions regarding recruitment.
  • Responsible for sourcing, screening, conducting the first interviews & assessing candidates for blue-collars and non-experienced candidates, and ensure that the selection of top talents is completed within agreed SLAs.
  • Prepare an accurate hiring database and keep it updated with daily recruitment activities.
  • Prepare and update the Hiring report to be updated with the current status for the new hiring.
  • Follow up with the candidates regarding the hiring documents and provide them with needed support.
  • Responsible for handling all the onboarding and offboarding process.
  • Coordinate with the talent acquisition team to design and implement the onboarding program for the newcomers.
  • Prepare the hiring form, Laptop request, etc... and get the needed approval.
  • Provide the personnel team with the updated hiring report on a monthly basis and the prerequisite forms for the hiring.
  • Conduct the Exit interview and carry out the offboarding process according to the company policy and procedures.
  • Update the resignations report and prepare the Turnover analysis.
  • Coordinate with the resigned employee and personnel team to finalize the process in a manner complying with the agreed SLAs.
  • Responsible for handling the internal transfer/data modifications process in coordination with the talent acquisition team in order to study the request from an HR perspective.
  • Prepare the transfer form and get the needed approval and finally share the approved request with the personnel team to update the ERP system
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining an effective archiving system whether electronic or hard copies.
  • Participate with the HR team in preparing the needed reports, logs, and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or human resources
  • Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and team management abilities.
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic language.
