Factory Manager

Fruits and vegetables processing and freezing plant is hiring a factory manager with the below duties:

• Planning, formulating, organizing, controlling, and directing production activities.
• Observing the effective maintenance of safety rules and standards in the factory.
• Managing time-lines and work priorities and allocating resources to meet the assigned factory time-lines and goals.
  
• Planning production meetings, worker schedules, production activities, machine maintenance plans and maintaining product quality and budgets.
• Develop and execute the plant manufacturing budgets.
  
• Establishing the factory and determining the needed production equipments
• Managing the operations of casting, injection and coating of metals
