Job Description
- Development, production and delivery of projects from the idea right up to deliver.
- Delivering events/activations on time, within budget, that meet (and hopefully exceed) expectations.
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timeliness and priorities on every project
- Managing supplier relationships
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently
- Providing leadership, motivation, direction and support to the team
- Traveling to on site inspections and project managing events
- Being responsible for all project budgets from start to finish.
- Ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Business or Marketing or Mass Communication
- 3-5 years experience in Marketing or Advertising Field
- Experience in Delivering events/activation on time, within budget
- Excellent Excel and Power point skills
- Ability to adapt to change, and have a strong desire to learn, develop and progress
- Fluent English & Arabic
- Ability to work under stress
