Job Description
- Assist civil engineers in the planning, design, and execution of construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct site inspections and surveys to collect data, monitor progress, and identify potential issues or deviations from plans.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation using CAD software and other engineering tools.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and adherence to project timelines.
- Perform quality control tests on construction materials and completed work to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, site reports, and daily logs for ongoing and completed projects.
- Support the engineering team in resolving technical challenges and troubleshooting on-site issues as they arise.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and resource allocation plans for civil engineering projects.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years and maximum of 8 years of relevant experience in civil engineering or construction projects.
- Proven experience working in a full-time, onsite role within the engineering or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in using AutoCAD and other engineering design software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Solid knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
